Thanks to the tremendous talent and generosity of Audrey Hiers of GA and Sharon Lofley of FL (Eweknow Pembrokes), we're excited to present our pre-Specialty raffle quilt as an early fundraiser for the 2008 PWCCA Herding Trials! "Herding 'Em On To Georgia" is a beautiful tribute to our wonderful breed and their herding birthright, and to the first PWCCA National Specialty events held in the great state of Georgia.

Audrey is an award-winning quilt designer who created this unique 59” x 62” quilt with areas especially left for embroidery. The quilt top then went to Sharon, who added the embroidered Pembroke herding designs, and returned it to Audrey for completion. Now, this original work of art is waiting for its ‘forever home’, where it will undoubtedly have a place of honor!

The quilt will be displayed ‘in person’ at a few spring Specialty shows where the quality workmanship and details can be admired ‘up close and personal’. Tickets are being sold at this time by mail: 1 ticket @ $5.00, 5 tickets @ $20.00, 15 tickets @ $50.00.

The drawing for the quilt will be done at the Spring Meeting of the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America on May 1, in conjunction with the PWCC of the Garden State specialty show.
